WITH[out]WASTE-Where Fashion Becomes Transformation!

IMPARI is a Berlin-based fashion label built on transformation. We rethink the fashion industry from the ground up, breaking outdated structures and proving that clothing can be socially responsible, environmentally aligned and aesthetically bold at the same time. For us, fashion is not just expression – it is a tool for real change.

WITH[out]WASTE is our first recycling project and an essential part of this mission. Supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, we developed a machine prototype that cleans, shreds and transforms PET waste into new textile resources.

Every year, more than 400 million tons of plastic waste are generated worldwide, and less than 9% is recycled. Ghana alone receives over 150,000 tons of imported plastic waste annually. WITH[out]WASTE steps in where systems fail by creating local value, skilled jobs and real circular material flows.

From 220 tons of PET, we can create 880.000 new garments. It proves that transformation is not an idea. It is a measurable outcome when we rethink resources and redesign the system.
