Production Process

We are building a recycling system in Ghana, in Accra, together with partners in engineering, while developing our own circular fiber. The aim is to transform plastic waste locally into new material streams and establish an infrastructure that connects technology, innovation and design. At the same time, our collections are developed from the first design idea to the final garment in our own atelier on Torstraße in Berlin. From pattern making and sampling to production and finishing, every step happens close to us, with full control over quality and process. By linking engineering in Ghana with craftsmanship and design in Berlin, we are shaping a production model that unites material innovation and high fashion.
