Withdrawal Instruction and Model Withdrawal Form

Consumers, meaning any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside that person's trade, business, or profession, have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions.

A. Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery — with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us — without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall send back the goods, or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for such loss in value.

3. Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

4. General Notes

1. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging that provides sufficient protection against transport damage.
2. Please do not return the goods freight collect.

The above notes in points 1 and 2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
