Our work follows a circular logic from the very beginning. Design, material development, production and education are not separate fields but connected parts of one system. Every decision considers what comes before and what follows after. Through our own infrastructure projects and local production in Berlin, we build cycles instead of linear processes. Waste becomes resource, production becomes education, and design becomes long term responsibility. For us, circularity is more than recycling. It means rethinking value chains, ownership and collaboration, linking industries, continents and communities into one continuous system.
