Textured Draped Dress

Design Concept: This dress brings contrast into one silhouette. A bodice of torn fabric strips in ice blue and white creates a soft, cloud-like texture, while the skirt falls into gentle drapes and gathers into a rounded bubble hem that reveals a layer of sheer tulle underneath.

Material:

• Recycled PET suiting fabric in ice blue, with raw-edge fabric strips layered by hand
  
• Sheer recycled PET tulle for the underlayer

Dress Features:

• Sleeveless textured bodice with a round neckline and fringed waist
  
• Skirt draped at the hips for volume and flow
  
• Scalloped bubble hem over a floor-length tulle layer
